At Mental Freedom Counseling, we believe in making services accessible for all populations. We currently accept Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama, Cigna, and United Healthcare(Optum). Please contact us about waitlist inquiries.
Individual Therapy
Copay rates will vary per insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider to see if behavioral health services are covered in your plan. Self pay rates for individual therapy are $130 per session.
Group Therapy
Please contact your insurance provider and ask about copay rates for group therapy. Self pay rates for group therapy are $80 per session.
